Pishdaad Modaressi Chahardehi is a Bradford-based filmmaker with over a decade of experience in creating documentaries and music videos.


Driven by a deep desire to make a positive impact, he continues a family legacy of filmmaking that began with his father in Iran. Pishdaad's work addresses critical global issues such as mental health, migration and poverty, capturing powerful stories of resilience.

He has filmed in diverse settings, from Rohingya camps in Bangladesh to Syrian refugee camps in Turkey and Lebanon, and cerebral palsy cases in young children in Somaliland. He is also the director of the Filmmakers for Change Film Festival.
